Ordering

  • Can I add my logo or personalisation?
    • Yes you can.  Once you have selected a colour and qty of the item simply press the 'personalise Product' button below the sizes. This will then opena window where you can upload your logo, add comments, select logo style, positions, etc.  For more info on logo costs and artwork requirements please click HERE
  • What logo application processes do you use?
    • We achieve 100% confidence in teh final product we supply due to only using the very best equioment and materials available.  We use full commercial quallity embroidery machines, heat presses, plotters, printers, threads and vinyls to produce our logos. 
  • Will I see a proof of my logo before the order is processed?
    •  Once you place your order we will start to work on the production of your logo.  Before we go ahead and apply the logo to your items we will email to you a proof to check.  For embroidered logos this will an actual photo of the sample logo.  For all text and print designs we will send a screen shot of the logo from within our software.  We can often tweak the colours, designs if needed; but rest assured we won't start to apply anything until you are happy with it.
  • How can I pay?
    • You have the option to pay direct via Paypal securely or if you already have an account with us you have the option to pay on account at the payment stage.  If you wish to pay on account we will then send you an invoice for payment via BACS.  

Delivery

  • How Quick will I receive my order?
    • ​Orders usually take between 7-10 working days to be despatched, but sometimes this can be quicker.  If you need something in a rush please just let us know.
  • Do you offer free delivery?
    • All orders over £150 ex VAT qualify for free delivery.  We also have a collection option
  • How will my order arrive?
    • ​All orders are sent out on a secure service.  Smaller orders are sent with Royal Mail secure 48hr service and bulkier orders are sent out on a next day courier service with notifications of a delivery slot via email.
